What you’ll own (hands-on): Plant-level accounting & operational finance support (high volume invoicing/AR, collections follow-up, customer billing issues)Payroll processing/coordination + related compliance items (tax filings, W-2 support, etc.)Cash, deposits, banking activity, reconciliations, and month-end tie-outs (AR/AP to GL, bank recs) Support inventory-related activity and general plant admin priorities as needed Light HR admin oversight tied to onboarding/benefits coordination (plant-level).
